JC Rooms Chueca

Personale gentilissimo, hanno aiutato ai miei genitori in viaggio a Madrid. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanze pulite e disposte molto bene. L'hostal é in una posizione ideale per girare il centro di Madrid a piede. Raccomando. Grazie.

Location, room size

Noise from everywhere - from the street but also from the other rooms. The walls are paper thin

Central location, right next to Gran via in a cool neighbourhood. Staff very friendly, no frills room but adequate if you dont plan to stay very long at the hotel.

Street can be a bit noisy.

Location is very good, there is a small balcony where you can have some fresh air.

Rooms are really small, bathroom is super small, really cramped space. even though i was alone this place is not enough space , there are no bedside tables or anything . the room was super cold , the device which controls the temperature does not work, its centralized so you have to go to reception for changing the temperature. there is no phone in the room to talk to reception, you have to walk down there for everything. The breakfast is like 200 meters away and with one dish you can take, no buffey. receptionist were good but one night new fellow came and he was asking for money for water in cash even in the beginning it was said water is complementary, this is very strange in a 3 star hotel. the two other receptionist were good though, there are no other facilities .... I cannot recommend it to anyone.
