Pack your bait and tackle for a stay at this Clarion, IA, vacation rental! Sitting on Lake Cornelia, the 3-bed, 1-bath cottage is ideal for waterfront get-togethers. Reel in bass and catfish from the dock, then fire up the gas grill for fresh-as-it-gets fish dinner on the deck! If you prefer to be behind the helm or sunbathing on the shore, the lake's marina and beach are both within 2 miles. However you spend your time, you'll love ending each day on the porch watching the sunset over the lake. -- THE PROPERTY -- Lake Cornelia Access On-Site | Restocked in 2022 w/ Walleye, Bluegill, Perch, Bass & Catfish Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Full Bed | Bedroom 3: Full Bed INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, fireplace, high-top dining table, ceiling fan OUTDOOR LIVING: Dock (unavailable from approximately late October to approximately late April, depending on weather and temperature), fishing poles, furnished porch, deck, gas & charcoal grills, dining area, lakefront view KITCHEN: Dishwasher, drip coffee maker (starter pack of coffee provided), fridge, stove & oven, microwave, dishware/flatware, trash bags/paper towels (starter pack provided), dish soap (starter pack provided) GENERAL: Free WiFi, central A/C & heat, washer & dryer, laundry detergent (starter pack provided), towels/linens FAQ: Pet fee (paid pre-trip) ACCESSIBILITY: Single-story home, step-free entry PARKING: Surface parking (2 vehicles) -- THE LOCATION -- THINGS TO DO: Clarmond Country Club (0.7 miles), Clarion (6 miles), Heartland Museum (7 miles), Belmond (8 miles), Belmond Drive-in (8 miles), Belmond Country Club (9 miles), Dows Golf Course (20 miles) PARKS & REC: Lake Cornelia Park - marina & beach access (2 miles), Belmond Dog Park (8 miles), Belmond City Park (8 miles), Three Rivers Trail (41 miles) SHOPPING: Granny's Iowa Market (6 miles), Belmond Main Street (8 miles), Grammas' Attic Vintage and Retro (20 miles), Arden Scott Collectibles (20 miles) AIRPORTS: Waterloo Regional Airport (81 miles), Des Moines International Airport (98 miles) -- REST EASY WITH US -- Evolve makes it easy to find and book properties you’ll never want to leave.
