Lovely little apartment, beautifully clean and nice little additions like welcome basket of tea/coffee/biscuits. Great shower. Washing machine a nice addition. Host was very helpful and responsive to queries. Close to beautiful beach with great facilities. 5-10 minutes walk to nearest shop for supplies. Perfect for solo travellers.
The 5 minute direct walk from the beach/train station is mostly up a 45 degree hill, so if you’re not driving and have heavy luggage you might prefer to take a longer way round.

Train and bus station close by to explore Cornwall, good contact/communication with landlady
Parking everywhere a bit of a challenge…but it has been high season after all
