The air conditioner was excellent and helped keep the place nice and cold. The property is able to host 6 people comfortably. All amenities listed are provided. Love how close the property is to the beach.

The bikes (electric and non electric) was slightly rustic and faulty. However this wasn't much impacted as we drove in car.

Un po fuori dal centro di san vito lo capo ma risolto con 5 minuti di bici (fornite dalla struttura)

This is going to be a long review because I can’t keep it short. In my opinion the add doesn’t show enough how great this place is…first of all we checked in very late in a night outside of regular check in hours and Fulvio was waiting here for us, he was very helpful throughout the whole stay. I could messaged him with any questions and he would reply very quick. The house has got a nice and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a holiday. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and one half bedroom with bunk beds. Pretty new bathroom as well. The main thing is a stunning garden with sitting and dining area, barbecue and e-bikes and regular bikes. We were travelling with 1.5h child and the bike seat is provided as well. It’s quiet and pretty area. You’ve got 5 min ride by bike to the beach and sea and 5 min drive by car to nearest shop (Conad). The view of the mount is amazing ❤️ We will definitely be back with a bigger group in the future as it’s a perfect place not only for a couple or family 2 + 1 but for groups of friends or bigger family. Thank you for having us!

Everything was perfect!
