The staff were very attentive. They listened to our concern and were quick to resolve any issues/concern.The hotel was centrally located and within minutes to most attractive venue. The view from the room was beautiful.
The first room we checked into was very dusty. My allergies flared up as soon as I walked in the room. You can visibly see a thick layer of dust throughout. The washer had a thick layer of rust. Notify the staff and someone came and cleaned it but the wash still didn’t wash well. The street noise is extremely loud. There will be random very loud banging and loud intercom noise coming from the street at random times in the middle of the night.

It was a good location nice view with a little balcony and fairly clean.
The pool wasn’t full when we got there. I never saw the restaurant open and there was no place to get coffee in the hotel nor did our room have coffee in it. All the plants on the pool patio were dead. The rooms are strictly no smoking, but my room smelled like smoke and there was a cigarette butt on the door.
