firstly i liked the location the hotel is very nearby with all famous places like city palace, jagat niwas palace, jagganath mandir, and all lakes, secondly the hotel felt so homely because of their staff and freedom
just the cattering system, may be the reception was bit conjusted

I highly recommend this hotel! It's in a fantastic location, right next to the City Palace. The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The owner and the entire staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even prepared a snack for us to take to the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends!

In the heart of the old town right under the Palace. Great views of the lake and staff were awesome. Also great breakfast options. Suites are amazing!!!

We booked the suite and the room was okay but lacked maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. Toilet seat was barely holding and there was some mold.
The staff was not particularly nice. Location is okay, I mean close to the city palace, but in a weird alley that cars can't reach and some buildings around are a bit delerict. Too expensive for what it offers.
