Good location to Salford quays + transport links to city centre. Free parking space. Kitchen was well equipped. Reasonably priced for the area especially as you could fit 3+ people in. Hosts were very responsive to messages!
Slight smell of smoke but this could have been from neighbouring properties not the apartment itself. The electronic keypad to enter the property wasn’t working during our stay so had to use keys (which is fine) but the letterbox to store keys isn’t fully secure so not ideal if wanting to use to allow people to come and go at different times.

Parking was free, the property was clean and comfortable and the host was exceptional in responding and helping me with any queries I had.
The TV remote was a bit slow but it did its purpose at the end of the day.

It was compact , pretty clean and tidy and in walking distance of tram stops .
Was so close to the busy road we had police cars and sirens both nights .

The location was good for access to Manchester City centre and Salford. Good parking
The apartment and furniture was in poor general repair. The housekeeping was very poor with cobwebs in the shower cubicle and floor that hadn't been cleaned, retaining stains from previous occupancy. The flatware and cutlery seem to have been halfheartedly cleaned. The pantry was empty with no tea bags, coffee and sugar that had clumped into a solid mass from long disuse.
