Jacuzzi and the communication with the co-host
First of all this is not a seaside apartment. They unfortunately pinned the wrong address on the booking.com website. This is neither near Rapallo station nor the beach. The place is about 1.5 kilometers away or a 20-minute walk from the beach.
The property is spacious and has a beautiful outdoor area, but it needs a lot of improvement. Private things of the owner such as cleaning materials, shoes, clothes, pet stuff, and so many more things inside the drawers all around the house should have been kept away or at least locked. The kitchen was terribly untidy. Beds were hard and not the comfiest. There were no toilet papers, body soap and shampoo. No bidet which is very unusual in Italy. No airconditioning and it was really hot.
Sad to say, we didn‘t get our mone‘y worth. But i do hope they take this review seriously, because the property has a lot of potential. F
