The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, the main dining area and you are right in the middle of everything. However, the Via is very quiet at night when we were there.
The airconditioner was a portable model and stuggled to keep up with the heat. However there was also a fan and flyscreens on the window so at night with the window open and the fan we slept fine.

I had a wonderful weekend in Levanto with my 5-year-old daughter! The room is in a perfect location: right in the center, just steps from the beach, and with a very convenient large parking area. Daniele, the owner, is incredibly kind and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and stress-free. We really felt at home! If I ever have the chance to return to Levanto, I already know where I’ll stay again. Highly recommended!
