Booking.com cancelled my flat the day of my flight, that is because the owners of this flat never confirmed the address or key collection details, essentially they just ignored even though flat was paid for on the day of the booking, overall the flat was either a scam, not available because of their own administration issues or they’re very badly or Dm and we’re not in even aware that I was checking in, I ended up anxious the day of the flight and had to book anything else that was available, certainly not ideal as I ended up overpaying.

As it got cancelled, I did not stay in it
