The location is the greatest asset, in the heart of town, you can walk to restaurants, cafes, all amenities nearby and the beach just few minutes walking .

We stayed in the ground floor, so no balcony and if you leave the only window opened would affect your privacy as few people would walk past by this window. Air conditioning provided which was great for outside temperature of 30 degrees but was leaking water and we have to constantly moping the floor. TV was not working and bathroom was extremely small, was a bit struggle to move around , specially if you are tall.

My experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived at the ground-floor apartment located at Via Luzan 7, we were greeted by a strong and persistent smell of dampness and sewage coming from the inner courtyard. I reported the issue to the property immediately. Although the inconvenience was acknowledged, no concrete solution was offered. I was informed that the manager would contact me shortly, but throughout the entire stay I never received a phone call, message, or any form of follow-up. The most disappointing aspect was not only the problem with the accommodation itself, but also the complete lack of customer care and attention. Ignoring such an important complaint and failing to provide any response is, in my opinion, unprofessional and unacceptable. Considering that the stay cost more than €800 for one week, I expected a much higher level of service. After many years of traveling, I have rarely encountered such a lack of consideration toward a guest. This is an experience that I cannot recommend.

Sehr zentral
