Very easy to access public transport / very close to the Vatican City

Cleanliness was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to store our bags before check-in.
The shower could have been better maintained. The glass door wouldn’t close properly, which meant water escaped onto the bathroom floor while showering.
The building’s entry system was also quite temperamental at times and could be frustrating to use.
The room occasionally smelt strongly of smoke when returning, despite the no-smoking signage. The smell would come into the room from time to time, which was unpleasant.

Easy to find and access.
While free from dirt and dust… it was not actually very clean.
The coffee pod machine water tank was growing green algae - which I did not notice until the second day of my stay. I consumed a few coffees during my stay so I am worried about the impact this may have on my health. I did not see the algae until the morning I checked out.
The bathroom had pink mould in the shower, and I saw a cockroach.
Felt overpriced for the fact that you enter the building via a website check in, and there was no where to store your bag after check out.
