Quiet.
appreciated tea, milk, Welsh cakes for refreshment on arrival.
No tea pot.
Cooker hood light does not work, presumably needs bulb replacement.
Liquid soap dispenser in bathroom did not work although 1/2 full. Swapped it for the kitchen one.
Hose to shower head is fraying and won't last much longer.

The location of Croft Court is just fab! Just a quick walk into town.
A parking space is also a bonus.
The flat was well presented and clean.
Sofa and armchairs in living room were not very comfortable.
Kitchen units are dated.
View from the front of the flat (living room) is directly into other flats which is a bit bleak.
Didnt like the fact that the 'balconies'' were accessable from the communal areas - so anyone could theoretically go out on to them.

We did have an issue on arrival but the owner was great and issue sorted very quickly. Very helpful owner.

There was no breakfast provided we brought our own, tea bags and coffee were provided but were very old.
To be honest the room was fair apart from inadequate blinds and the bath was too high for me to have a shower as I have mobility issues, the main problem was the state of the building, it was filthy as were the windows. It was not appealing in any way, so we would not go back. I
