Very new and clean hotel. We like the spacious room and the view from the rooftop pool was amazing. Hotel staff was very kind to help us arrange transportation to the airport.
Location wasn’t the greatest - you need to walk a bit for restaurants or convenience stores nearby. But getting a tuk tuk was easy.
Breakfast area was small in comparison. We had to wait to be seated.

The property is clean, comfortable, a room have enough space for family, but such property is hard to find and far from convenience store, almost no light at the main road. Therefore, taxi is need.
Staffs are not good in English, but very helpful.
Myanmar food is recommended. Italian food is NOT good.
Room service is excellent. I recommended room service than the bar, because the bar services is so slow like a sick sloth.
