Great new kitchen with dishwasher and laundry with washing and drying. Dog friendly small secure yard. Nice outdoor eating table. Nice bathroom with good shower. Spacious living area.
Minor things. Lack of draws (3 tiny draws) / shelving for clothes in bedroom. Curtain at front entrance not wide enough to cover opening. On street parking - 3 timber stairs down to access property - tricky when wet. Not enough cutlery provided.
