Rumah Kawan Homestay and Trekking

We had such a warm and welcoming experience! Everyone was absolutely lovely and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They were always happy to help, give us advice, answer our questions, and make sure we had a great time with them. They also offer trekking tours, and we highly recommend going through them if you’re planning a trek. It makes everything so much easier and well organized, and you can really trust them to take care of everything. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. We had an amazing Times and would absolutely recommend them! ❤️

We initially just booked one night and ended up staying longer! Both hosts were really friendly and helped us for everything we needed. First day we arrived, we got a lot of explanations and recommendations of what to do in the village. Breakfast was really good as well and you could order lunch or dinner from the warung just across the street. The place itself is really peaceful and we could relax before/ after Rinjani trekking. 100%recommend!

Wifi was a bit slow at times, but it worked for what I needed, as I was teaching online

Raman Kawan owners Tina, Agung and their 3 children were very welcoming and helpful. Our family of 4 Mt Rinjani trek was booked and organised by Rumah Kawan Homestay, exceeding our expectations. Our guide Noa was fantastic, camping equipment provided warm and comfortable, food plentiful and delicious. If you are planning to trek Mt Rinjani, book via Tina and Agung, everything was perfect. Rooms are very neat and clean , the gardens are lovely , breakfast delicious and a short walk to waterfalls.

A very green and charming layout of the homestay allowed for us to feel very at home. A perfect spot before and after the Mt. Rinjani hike.

Everything was beyond our expectations.
