Old house with a lot of potential, the view was stunning and the garden nice
There are a lot of things that would need repairing (doors and windows) or renovation (bathroom)

Old house, needs renovations. View, garden and location are stunning. Beds are good. Anything else is not worth the price.
Leaking cv in the kitchen. Ants in the kitchen. This combination made the kitchen useless. Everything needs renovations. Bathroom with mold. Rotten window frames, broken window sills, too heavy wooden shutters, which some won't close anymore. Driveway good, but too steep at the fence so sqeuzing metal from the car. Parking at the roundabout recommended
