The staff and the apartment was amazing
Nothing about the apartment but the surrounding and the area of the hotel is a bit noisy, especially at night.

Location, cleanliness , convenience and prompt response for requests
2 things, their offered food service is dependent on some other restaurant out of the facility and it happened that we ordered some food upon our arrival and it got delayed by 90 minutes and there were no tracking whatsoever or help from bird nest suites reception to get a clue of where my order have been and all what I got after all that delay is a call to come down to receive my order even with zero flexibility to get the delivery guy upstairs to our room and all what I got that all delay because of it was a rainy day which is nonsense

Great location just a 2-minute walk to Osmanbey Metro Station and close to Nişantaşı’s shopping areas.
Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
The bedroom was very small nothing like what was posted, leaving no space for our suitcases, and the bed was uncomfortable. Feather pillows triggered our allergies. The bathroom was tiny and the sink wasn’t clean, with hardly any decent toiletries.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but overall the stay was uncomfortable, so we cut our visit short. We would not return.
