Great location and very clean.
It has everything you need.
Only negative was I didn't know how to turn Netflix into English for the kids. But we are in France so im not expecting the tv to be in English. So its not really a negative.

L'appartement est agréablement aménagé, très confortable et bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal dans le quartier latin ! L'hote est à l'écoute et accueillant...
L'immeuble est un peu dégradé sans ascensseur et les escaliers sont le moins dire compliqués !!!

Un super séjour dans un lieu top et emplacement parfait! L’appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Et le propriétaire Alex, à la délicatesse d’envoyer un petit message durant le séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Merci encore!

The location was fantastic and the apartment was nice, new and had all the services needed. It was a very a great place to have as our base in Paris.
The apartment is newly renovated and others in the building and next door a being renovated. Bit of building dust around. Understand that is a reality outside the control of the owners.
