The villa is absolutely stunning! Everything like on photos and even better! Exceptionally clean and tidy. Every room has its own ensuite plus two bathrooms on two lower floors; main kitchen with everything you need to cook and even more, but also smaller kitchen on the patio/pool floor for comfortable eating outside if it is something you’d like. Big utility room with washing machine and drying machine. Comfortable beds, big showers and AC in every room. The pool is exceptionally clean and regularly being checked on. Towels being provided by the host (both bath towels and pool towels). But what is even more standing out it’s a communication with the hosts🩵 Immediate responses, tons of helpful information about restaurants, taxis, beaches, car rental, activities etc. Unfortunately I felt ill during the vacation - the amount of help I receive from the hosts is absolutely incredible🩵 I can’t recommend this host and the villa itself more! What you need to keep in mind that despite you get access to taxi services (no Uber or anything like this though) it’s highly recommended to have a car there. I would say it’s necessary. Modern, clean, spacious, bathrooms for every bedroom, pool, nice view and a quiet and convenient location close to beaches, St. Stefanie and Budva. The staff was relatively responsive.

The description doesn’t mention that there are new villas being built in front which partially blocks the view of the sea and turns the whole place into a building area. The airco unit in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and was not fixed during our stay despite promises by Ekaterina from the management. We asked if there was supposed to be laundry soap and she promised that someone would bring us everything we needed. No one did so this led to last minute scramble to get some soap to wash our clothes. We weren’t necessarily expecting free detergent but if you say you’re going to bring it, keep to your word. For the price, we expect premium service. A Comparable property in nearby Dubrovnik, Croatia, offered much more including wine and cookies on arrival, a host that was present and offered a personal welcome, a mini library, and speedy service when the airco unit wasn’t operating. Seems that the owners here are in Russia and expect quick and easy profit for little work. I we return we will make sure we book locally owned.

Excellent, luxurious and clean!!! Huge 3 level home with separate rooms and every room has its own beautiful bathroom. Huge living room and fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool water was surprisingly clean. We also had private parking for 3 cars. Check in and out was very well organized. We had very nice evenings outside by pool. Excellent beaches inside 5mim drive from house. Highly recommend for all groups or families. Quiet place compared to crowded places in other seaside cities of Montenegro.
