Great location, comfy beds, superb staff (and coffee ;))

The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient and easy to get around, right in the old quarter. It was also very quiet at night, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly.
However, the room felt a little enclosed and would benefit from a better ventilation system.

The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Relaxing and peaceful. The staff/owner were welcoming, very kind which made our stay so comfortable. We would gladly stay here again.
The stay would have been perfect if we could actually use the fridge. Because of the room's energy-saving auto shut-off, the fridge loses power when you leave and doesn't get cold. Hanoi was blazing hot, so not being able to keep our drinks chilled in the room was very disappointing. Please fix the fridge power issue for future guests! Otherwise, the rest of the hotel was wonderful.
