location is great, right in the center of everything. Large apartment for city center with enough sleeping beds for 6 people. Price was good. Just been there for one night so didn't use the kitchen.

Feels old even though it was (cheaply) renovated. The small AC is not enough for the whole apartment on a hot day. Beds are not so comfortable, The facilities are on the low-end.

I absolutely LOVED this place! Thankfully, the AC worked great, the facilities were very nice, and you could not beat the location. I also appreciated how detailed all the instructions for how to enter the property and how to settle in were. All in all, I loved this place and would probably book again next time I’m in Rome.

It’s not even a dislike, but if you don’t like stairs, it takes 36 to get to the apartment- it’s manageable though but worth mentioning.

It wasn’t cleaned well—there was a lot of dust on the windowsills and cobwebs, and the sofa bed in the main living area was broken with a Jerry-rigged solution have a big comforter rolled up underneath the bed to keep it from collapsing, which didn’t work well, so we got very bad neck and back issues for a few days because of the u-shape of the “bed”. The management should just invest in a real bed for that room! Also, the toilet seat was completely broken off the toilet so we couldn’t use it. It pinched my hand pretty badly when I tried to fix it, and management did not send anybody right away for that. It was not well attended by management— they seemed quite distracted. But it was spacious, had a large kitchen, and the location was excellent, so overall I feel like it was a good value for three people.
