This is a very cute house with great decor. The location is great and the owners are easy to work with. The function is the reason for a score less than 5. The bedrooms and bath are upstairs and the floors are very noisy. Also the bed frame sweeks so it’s difficult to move without waking the other person. The laundry is in the basement with steep stairs.
Soundless bed frames.

Sweet small home. Tastefully decorated. Clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Good price.
The stairs do not have a proper railing or sufficient lighting.
The existing railing only extends to the first 6 steps when descending and the ceiling fixture has a very dim light bulb.
These 2 items make the stairwell unsafe/not up to code. Elderly people, children and those with any mobility issues should beware.
A faint mould smell exists on the main level and basement.
