We were happy with our stay. The apartment has a kitchen, living space and two bedrooms, accommodating up to six people. It provides all the essentials: a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and TV. The location worked well for exploring London: approximately a 20-minute walk from King’s Cross Station, or three stops on the number 63 bus. The surrounding area is fairly quiet. We spent most days sightseeing and returned in the evenings, so it suited our needs well. There are two things worth knowing. There is only one bathroom, and it is extremely small. A little coordination is necessary, but we managed just fine. Also, because the apartment is below ground, you can hear the rumbling of Underground trains. We were initially concerned about the noise at night, but eventually got used to it. Anyone particularly sensitive to noise should keep this in mind. The management was responsive and acted quickly. We reported a broken shower-head holder, sent photographs, and they replaced it immediately. That deserves recognition. As for expectations: this is a self-catering apartment for up to six people in London, not the Waldorf Astoria. The dishwasher is included; the butler is not. Expecting the basics to work is entirely reasonable, and our reported issue was promptly resolved. Expecting a five-star hotel experience requires a somewhat different booking. Overall, a spacious and practical place with some compromises, supported by responsive management. We had a largely hassle-free stay and were pleased with our choice.

Conveniently located close to King’s Cross. It was clean and well appointed. A perfect base for our trip.

The kitchen needed a few extras such as a pair of oven gloves and some tea towels.

Mieszkanie jest zaaranżowane w piwnicy mało okien, obok biegnie linia metra / kolejowa która w mieszkaniu słychać każdy przejeżdżających pociąg do późnych godzin nocnych. Dodatkowo na naszym wyjeździe w pierwszą noc bardzo głośni byli sąsiedzi z piera nad nami.
