The location was very close to where our daughter lived and it is in one of the most beautiful areas close to Paris. The apartment was just the right size for both of us and it had what we needed. It was very well equipped.

1. The location is superb ... close to a park, close to a Metro, close to Roland Garros.
2. The apartment is beautiful with an arty touch.
3. The Art Deco building
1. Long waiting periods for the manager to respond. 2. No offering of a fan during the heat wave in Paris, when the apartment was unbearably hot. 3. No blind or curtain at the large bathroom window, through which the baking sun resulted in an overheated apartment. Granted, this heatwave was most unusual, so I can understand that the owner did not think about a fan. However, it will probably also help during the peak of summer.
