Location was stellar. Very spacious and practical for a family of 4. Clean upon arrival and as advertised.

We’re from Texas and being in 37c/100f weather always requires working AC. The AC units in the rooms have to run 24 hours a day at 18c to keep the bedrooms at about 24c/76f. I had a pretty difficult experience getting the AC unit in my bedroom fixed. And I wasn’t taken seriously until I broke down crying. I also had to stay in the unit to verify techs were actually looking into the problem. The only other complaint is that the showers are terribly designed and require you to stand under the shower head to turn the water on. And the water temp is very inconsistent. Our kids struggled with shower time every night because of it. If you require AC for comfort, I would highly suggest requesting a portable AC unit be placed inside the unit before your arrival so that you have some peace of mind if the wall units go out.

Bon emplacement

Équipement un peu léger ( vaisselle , cintres )
