Very good room. Spacious, clean and very accessible.
No cleaning material like vacuum or broom.

Big balcony, washmachine. Multiple stations close by
Airco noisy. The area around the hotel wasn't great. It was also somewhat noisey

It was relatively clean (could be better) and not too far from the train stations. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless. Having a washing machine in the flat was very helpful, especially if you are travelling light.
The toilet and the bed (headboard) area was not cleaned properly. The freezer couldn't be opened because it was stuck with the ice build-up.
There are some homeless men around the area, especially the walk from the station. Though they didn't bother me and my family, it was a concern to walk in the area in the early evening, so I used the taxi.

It was dirty, not good location, the zone looks very unsafe, the bed it was very uncomfortable and we never had hot water in the shower.
