Well presented and clean

Noisy from upstairs apartment but got used to it.

Great property, well equipped and central location.

Nothing

Location, convenience, cleanliness

Quality of finishes, quality of furniture.

The location is excellent. Right by baker street. And it was clean with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Excellent to have a washer dryer too.

1. It was an underground basement apartment, so it was quite dark. I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere before booking. 2. There is a crazy loud noise of people walking in the apartment above. Like, they are not even being loud, they are just walking, but it’s so loud. 3. There is no contact with the staff, it’s all automated. This was difficult for us because we landed at 7am and wanted early checkin but there was no response or communication on any messages sent, and no phone number was present in the booking. Eventually I found a number and the guy was blunt and rude.
