Located in the small fisherman's village of Camogli, today considered one of the most elegant and sophisticated destinations on the Riviera Ligure, just a few km away from Portofino and the Cinque Terre.
The apartment is a charming, tastefully furnished space located right by the sea, offering a breathtaking view of both the fishing harbor and the open sea. It is ideal for couples looking to enjoy a romantic getaway and explore the surrounding area. All comforts are included: air conditioning, internet, television, washer and dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer.
The house holds personal significance, as it is where the host's children were conceived. For this reason, we prefer to rent it to serious and responsible individuals. A direct phone conversation with guests is essential for further information and details.
• Parking Information:
- Parking in Camogli, especially in summer, is challenging. We recommend arriving by train, bus, or taxi. The host can provide suggestions by phone.
- Paid parking is likely available on Via Ferrari or near the Cenobio Dei Dogi hotel, but it may take up to 15 minutes to find a spot, especially on market days (Wednesday).
- Free parking is available on Via Castagneto Seia, a suburb of Camogli to the east. A map of Camogli is provided in the apartment.
- From the apartment, the Camogli train station is a 7-minute walk.
- Guests can use the free public elevator that connects the train station with the entrance of the Cenobio dei Dogi hotel, which is relatively close to the apartment.
• Additional Information:
- The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building, as is common in houses in this village, making it unsuitable for those with significant mobility difficulties.
- To access the apartment, there are 2 flights of stairs, each with 12 steps.

• Comfort, Health, and Allergies:
- Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes inside the house to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Cats are not permitted in the house: we are highly allergic.
- Children may be exceptionally accepted only upon request through the platform and will incur an additional fee.
- Please ventilate the house daily to ensure good air circulation.
• Guest Access and Check-in:
- Instructions on how to access the apartment and collect the keys will be provided by phone.
- Upon arrival, please give 2,5 € per person per day to the person who will hand you the keys, as required by the tourist office.
• Heating, Air Conditioning, and Energy Saving:
- When the air conditioning is on, please close the windows.
- To reduce environmental impact, it is recommended to turn off the air conditioning and lights before leaving the apartment.
- In cold and hot months, when heating or air conditioning is needed, an additional fee of €10 per day will be charged.
• Lost Keys:
- Losing the keys will result in an additional charge of €100.
• Cleaning:
- For stays longer than 10 days, a cleaning fee of €60 will be applied.
- A cleaner will be available every 7 days upon request and for an additional charge; the access arrangements will be discussed personally.
• Additional Guests:
- Upon request, it is possible to add one person to the booking at a cost of €30 per day.
• Waste Disposal:
- Guests must dispose of waste in the bins located in Piazza Ido Battistone, where separate recycling containers are available.

The apartment looks directly over the fishermen’s dock and the ferry landing, where you can watch the ongoing maritime activities, as well as the ever changing sea and sky. The 600 year old or so building is adjacent to the ancient Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta and the Castle on the point. What a neighborhood.
The interior of the apartment is modernized, is bright and full of light, with owner Consuleo’s sense of color and style. Best suited to a couple, the apartment has a comfortable, large bed similar to a US King size. There is a clothes washer with dryer function, and also built in exterior clothes lines outside the windows. There is also a dishwasher. Kitchen has a four burner gas stove, full size fridge, toaster oven and microwave. Not to mention kitchen knives that are actually sharp! We were there ten days and had everything we needed. There are 2 flights of steep stairs to the apartment to provide your daily exercise. They are a factor to consider if you have aging knees or mobility issues. The staircases do have solid wooden handrails on each side, which can be a help getting up, much like a ship’s ladder. Camogli is a magic place, and you can feel like you are imbedded in it while residing in this apartment. We were sorry to leave.

Very nice appartement, very clean, great view. Need to be able to walk stairs though, as everywhere in Liguria.
Camogli offers everything you‘d want. No car needed.

We have quite a nice home ourselves, but this is something different.
The view from the window is magnificent and in the same time full of details.You can watch people strolling on the pier, boats of various types and sizes leaving from and returning to the harbor or just look at the sea. On the horizon, giant cruisers look like little Lego toys.
There is everything we need, and more. The household is in order, bathroom, small kitchen, heating etc. Works just fine.
This is why we keep coming here year after year

The apartment is perfectly situated with wonderful views overlooking the harbour. We found some very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Camogli was our haven of calm in a very busy, and beautiful region.
Consuelo was a perfect host who contacted us in the week before we left to give us helpful information on restaurants etc
