Amazing hotel but the night shift hotel staff was rude and wouldn’t help book anything the day of including a taxi to the other side of the Island which we ended up doing ourselves. We also tried to book a sailing excursion the day of and they told us no and then we did it ourselves and both times when we got back the staff questioned where and how we went and did it day of 😂 it was honestly really uncomfortable

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was fantastic. The staff are amazing and attentive and are happy to help make the stay feel welcoming. The ourdoor area is top notch, comfortable seats and lots of space to relax in the sun. The hotel is not far from all the areas youll want to go and plenty of taxis or car hiring as well.
Our only complaints are, we had repeating trouble with the wifi which would shut down and stop working regularly, on one of our nights the lights in our room turned on while we were sleeping and would not turn off. It was also quite noisy but not enough to cause us to lose any sleep.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as a go to spot and we are considering returning next year.

The staff were dedicated and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is brand new, and the room is spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent. It sits right next to Matala Beach, within walking distance, and parking is easy too. Recommended.
