Room was nice but thick comforters on the bed were too warm. However there was never any hot water. It was located next to an alley that led to the street with restaurant.

I booked a room at Flamingo Ceria
After arriving they informed me that they moved me to Flamingo Avia, a sister property.
The bed was decent, the shower was tiny, but small. The AC worked. The restaurant up top had a limited menu, but it was tasty.
