This condo has a great location right next to the beach and the view is outstanding. It was nice to have a parking space and the management company was very responsive. thank you for a great vacation.

The communication of the vacation company was responsive, and the provided check-in instructions were helpful! They send a robust Canva link ahead of the stay with a vast amount of information. I loved this. The condo: The listing is accurate in that the exterior of the building leaves a lot to be desired. It looked like they were working on the exterior while we were there, painting some of the railings and canopies. The remodeling and finishes of the interior of the unit is well done, providing a comfortable stay. One major complaint to the listing accuracy, is a completely inaccurate sq ft count. This condo can’t be more than 1500 sq ft. It is quite small, with a couple of the bedrooms being tight. The listing shows over 6k sq ft which is wildly different from experience. Especially considering the cost of the stay. The couches and beds are very comfortable and everyone seemed to sleep well! The kitchen was well appointed, had what we needed, and we loved having by a wager/dryer in the unit. It was great having 3 full bathrooms, two of which were private to the bedrooms. Again the remodeled finishes are well done and nice. The area surrounding the condo is certainly more youth and party leaning (note, we were there during spring break). This is a public access beach. Each night in the middle of the night we’d hear a lot of loud partying around 2-4am. Keep that in mind for the folks sleeping in the front room. I ran out of room for the rest of review
