Questa casa vacanza si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Seattle. Fai un po' di esercizio: in 9 minuti potrai arrivare a piedi a Lake Washington. Per te vacanza significa relax assoluto? Allora metti in moto il tuo veicolo e guida per 12 minuti fino a Stadio T-Mobile Park.

Dopo una giornata piena di eventi non ti resta che prenderti una pausa vicino a una piscina riscaldata o pensare già alla prossima escursione nella vasca idromassaggio. Potrebbe farti piacere sapere che hai a dispozione anche un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e carta igienica sono tra le dotazioni di questa casa vacanza. Qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice: porta con te solo lo stretto indispensabile e fai qualche bucato. Very responsive and friendly host. Amazing home! The hot tub, steam shower, pool- it is literally your very own spa!!! Chef’s kitchen appliances make cooking fun. A gorgeous living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and peek-a-boo views of Lake Washington and the beautiful green trees. The photos don’t do it justice!

We very much enjoyed our experience at this Seward Park gem! The home highlights and features were exactly as pictured/described, yet more enjoyable in person. The pool and hot tub were particular favorites of ours. Just as described, we were able to watch local bald eagles right in the back yard. The location was perfect for us visiting friends in the Mt. Baker/Columbia City neighborhoods and a relatively easy trip to the proper downtown Seattle area. Lake Washington is right at the end of the street. Parking was ample. Communication was friendly & timely. Recommended!

My daughter and I came to run the half marathon, which started at Seward Park. Our family came to support us (hence the 7 bedroom place). This house was 0.9 miles from the start line. A perfect warm-up walk to the start line. The run along the ocean (every part of the run was less than a mile from this house, even though the entire run was 13.1 miles!). It was a cold wet run along the ocean, but we had a hot tub to end it. It also had laundry facilities (important to wash our wet clothing after the run) and a great kitchen, and living room with big wide windows. Honestly, I cannot describe how wonderful this house was for a group of people who just want some luxury, as well as nice walks and runs along the edge of the ocean. The check-in was super easy. We also took public transport down to Pike Place Market for a day which was very easy to do.

This is a nice property but not nearly a 10. The view of the trees is great but there is really no view of the lake. The house is cozy but the kitchen and living spaces are small. Upon entering there is an overwhelming musty smell presumably from the steam room in the downstairs bathroom.
