We were very happy with our stay! Very spacious home and an easy short walk to the beach. Plenty of seating for family dinners and watching a movie. The front covered deck had awesome furniture that was really comfortable and appeared to be brand new. I highly recommend the Pelican house. One small thing for owner- add a small dresser in the bedroom with the twin beds.

Wonderful beach home! We have an 18 yr old son and an 20 yr old son that don’t like to get up as early as we do. This property was perfect for them to walk out to the beach where we were when they wanted to. At the end of the beach day it’s not that far to journey back home. Couch was super comfy and super relaxing. House is very spacious. The crow’s nest is very amazing but we spent a lot of time when at the home on the front balcony. Home was very clean. This was a wonderful week for us at the beach.

This was the 2nd year in a row we were able to stay in this gorgeous home. It's such a convenient location for all the things we enjoy in St Augustine. Just a short walk to the beach with easy access and not a far drive to downtown! Check in is easy and the host is wonderful and easy to communicate with. Always a joy to stay here!
