My family and I absolutely loved our stay at The Otmoor House! Everything was as described and better! A beautiful property, very well maintained. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked. While we did not have the chance to meet Jo, we were able to meet John and their dog Betsy. John answered all of our questions and showed us some of the property. A nice place to take evening walks and see the many deer, hares, and foxes.

We had the most wonderful stay at Otmoor House for my 30th birthday. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and for a place that is only an hour or so from London, it is so peaceful and serene. The hosts were absolutely amazing as well - so helpful and very quick to respond! I would absolutely stay here again

This cottage is in a very peaceful and beautiful location surrounded by farmland as far as the eye can see. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The kitchen/diner is particularly spacious and was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable with lovely crisp quality white linen and towels. John (the host) welcomed us personally and reacted quickly to any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Otmoor House and would happily return again.

Our three generation family had a wonderful time staying at Otmoor Farm House. The warm welcome from the owners, the opportunity to stay for a week outside an English village, the proximity to Oxford, and the wonderful Abingdon Pub in nearby Beckley made for a most pleasant time for this American family. Who needs Hawaii or the Caribbean for spring break when you can have Otmoor??? The house was so well appointed and comfortable and the kitchen had great appliances and an atmosphere that allowed us to linger at the table after meals. The bedrooms while small, were inviting with terrific bedding and each room had a view of the countryside. And, we were very pleased at the amenities of the three bathrooms. We are recommending Bolthole to any of our friends indicating a desire to travel to England. Like us, I know they won't be disappointed.
