The Space 🛋
The apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa Pacinotti farmhouse. Upon entering the apartment, you access the dining/kitchen area equipped with everything necessary for lunch and dinner. There is a private bathroom with a skylight and electric fan, equipped with a shower and complete services, as well as an anteroom with a large sink.
There is a spacious double bedroom with double windows offering panoramic views, a work area, wardrobes, and the possibility of adding a crib. All rooms are enriched with typical Tuscan building elements with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams for a rustic and welcoming atmosphere.

The exterior features an old stone courtyard equipped with umbrellas and tables, while the large garden has a fully equipped barbecue area, dining area, play area, relaxation zones, and a wooden house for playing or reading a book in tranquility.
