Good value for money. Clean , safe and peaceful. Easily accessible too.
Ageing bathroom fits. And Sofas getting old and perhaps uncleanable! Time for change?

The location is perfect, it is easy to go to the beach and reaching the mall
The moisture because of the sea i guess that is the trade-off

Comfortable and secure. Mattresses were of excellent quality so very comfortable beds. Precious was brilliant - serviced the apartment daily. Location is excellent - direct access to promenade from complex and a lovely view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony. Communication with owners/agency efficient, helpful and very friendly.
Just a few small bits of wear and tear - hinges on wardrobe in main bedroom need attention etc as doors very wobbly.
