The location adjacent to the small harbour was amazing. The apartments are enclosed behind a secure gate and the sunset view from the rooms, stunning. Plenty of parking on street if you are driving and convenient public transport to the old town if you choose not to walk. However, I would recommend the walk to Ortigia.

The location is perfect for a walking to Ortigia, the old part of Syracuse. There are many good restaurants in short 10-20min walking distance. The breakfast is at a café nearby, it is typically Sicilian and great, if you like pastry and good coffee.
The apartment is under the roof and people taller than 1.85m will find the ceilings in the showers too low. Other than that it is perfect and we really enjoyed our stay there.

The location (proximity to Ortigia), wonderful ocean/harbor view, friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast voucher at a local cafe!
Low ceilings throughout the property and lack of bedroom doors was a little uncomfortable, but not enough to affect my overall experience.

Location was good. Only a short walk to Ortigia
Breakfast in the putialab was very nice.
Attention the Double Rooms have no window and no sea view, also no balcony, it's like a cave in there.
No hot water in the shower for 2 days, other guests were complaining too...No toilet paper in the room upon arrival.
The terrace which is accessible via the stairs seems to be public but isn't. In fact it belongs to the apartment.
