Clean and well maintained
The ladies at the reception were great
Lovely hot showers furniture good and smoking balcony and people don’t smoke in the rooms which is good
A little far from Centre
The staff especially the man needs to brush up on customer service
We did eventually get our early checkin at $10 more 6 hours early which was good
It was just the process of getting an understanding
That it was possible as I had to ask quite a few times
I liked the promises and would stay again price is good also
This is not a criticism it’s a way of helping improve the service and help the hotel I am a frequent traveler and write honest reviews
