Deer View is perfectly positioned for people who wish to cycle or walk from the house. We went to Knepp and two local NT properties and we walked locally for which the location is perfect.

Beautiful property and scenery. Just as described.
Olivia and her husband went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation.
We would not hesitate to return.
Thank you.
All perfect.

The location and privacy were exceptional - really well cared for and great hosts. So close to Knepp - where we spent most of our time.
All great 👍

The location was lovely and the hosts very welcoming. Great views and very peaceful. Hosts were kind enough to leave milk, eggs and prosecco. Lots of lovely things to do nearby and some great walks to do with dogs. The water pressure was great too which sounds an odd thing to comment on but if you have long thick hair to wash - ideal!
The sofa and bed were sadly not that comfy and unfortunately there was quite an unpleasant smell of sewage in the hall and stairway up to the flat itself - not sure if there is some sort of septic tank / drainage issue, luckily it wasn't in the flat itself which was lovely.
