Essenziale ma pratico

We had a 24 hour transit in Rome. This hotel had everything that we needed and a safe lockers for the luggage after checking out from the hotel. Very comfortable.
Center location and clean.

Easy access with keyless entry! The property was located within walking distant to the train station. We also walked to sightseeing attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon (30-45 min walk). The property was clean, quiet, and felt safe.
The property is cozy, which we expected from the property listing. We were only in Rome for a short time and did not spend much time in the actual room so we didn’t need space but if you’re expecting a spacious place then this property may not be ideal.

Clean and modern bathrooms.
Comfortable beds.
Close to the main station about a 10 minute walk with tram and metro nearby.
Walking distance to the Colosseum.
Basic Breakfast offered at a partner hotel nearby.
Staff very helpful
Keyless entry using a phone app from a link. Worked well until the phone died on the last day. Luckily I had another phone to call them for help and let me back in.
Noisy at night. Neighbours in another apartment, not staying at Unico but same block loud talking until 4 in the morning every night so sound proofing not great.
