Nuovissima

Tutto molto accogliente

Perfekte Lage, einfacher Check-In, gute Ausstattung.

The location was excellent, and the apartment itself looked spacious.

but the shower was so tiny that, honestly, you could barely fit one person in it. I wish I had looked more closely at the shower situation before booking. Very frustrating. And the showers were dirty. Also, this whole trend of Airbnb properties being run by corporations is taking away the individual touch that originally attracted us travelers to Airbnb instead of hotels. Nowadays, you're often dealing with agents who take forever to respond, everything feels very corporate, and it has lost that personal, intimate touch that made Airbnb appealing in the first place. It’s honestly pretty annoying. At this place, the electricity went out one night, the water heater never kicked back in, and we ended up taking freezing cold showers both nights. When we tried to reach someone, it took forever to get a response. Now I understand why—it’s a corporation managing the property rather than an actual person who cares about their place and their guests. Next time, I’m definitely going to check who is actually managing the rental before I book.
