Helpful staff , available to to via text with questions during our stay. Did run out of hot water late at night in shower ; but earlier in day all was well.

My family and I had been staying there through the New Year week and I would say we've had an amazing experience with the hotel. The apartment, as advertised, was spacious, well facilitated, clean and well maintained. It is also just 2min walk to the nearest train station which is very convenient and the street has several groceries stores and market which we were able to purchase some local groceries for home cooking during the New Year's Day in the hotel when most stores were closed. On top of the above, we were welcomed by a team of very warm and friendly staffs which has guided us to some tips and assistance during the stay namely helping with left baggage early in the morning when the check-in was not ready and laundry services everyday for the entire stay as the washer in our room was out of service during our stay unfortunately. The most wonderful experience we've had was the invitation to a New Year's Eve celebration by the staffs where we experienced traditional Japanese New year celebration for the first time and we were even taken to a tour to local Shinagawa Shrine where we have join the locals to make offering and prayers for the New Year. Certainly an experience we would never forget. Thank you Kago staffs for such wonderful hospitality to my family and I.

Just a flying visit on the way through Tokyo but would be happy to go back again and recommend to anyone. Very friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable and very peaceful

Property exceeded expectations. Nice clean property in an authentic neighborhood. Close to a train station, and had good food options close by. The washer/dryer was a great addition!
