Perfect location to enjoy the beach and all of its amenities. Great space, newly renovated. Will definitely rent again if weVisit Hollywood again.

The partial beach view is great. The host was very responsive to any needs we had. No pool. The rooms were very clean and quiet location but close to the action and beach and cafes

Communication was very good. We asked for a few things during our stay, they responded quickly.

The condo was as listed, cute and comfortable and in great proximity to the beach. Parking is 35 per night but someone was in my spot the last day. I had called about hot water twice, we never had hot water for showers, and it was never resolved. When I told the property manager my TV didn't work as well, which I later found out none of the TVs worked, he had blamed a crack on me and said I would be liable for damages. I was in shock. The situation could have easily been rectified but customer service and retention doesn't seem to be a priority with this owner.
