We loved our stay here - great location and beautiful view! I was a little nervous since when I booked there wasn’t a single review. This home is exactly as you see it! Worth every penny! The house was clean, had plenty of towels along with all of the kitchen necessities. The pool was perfection and might have ruined every future VRBO for us till we come back! The beach is great - but gets very busy. If you plan to enjoy head down early to secure spots (we did this 1 day at 7am) or pre book chairs or Cabana at Brass Boer which we did for day 1 - highly recommend this as it helped us kick off a relaxing trip. Easy access to downtown and western beaches. We ate on resort the first night but every other night we drive downtown or elsewhere to try new places and experiences. Make sure you hit Dal Tori for sunset and Casada for the Thursday night rooftop fireworks! We have been to Curacao before once and loved it which is why we choose to come back for our daughters spring break. We hit Daaibooi beach and Grote Knip on different days along with spending an hour at Tugboat snorkeling one morning. We also enjoyed a day shopping and wandering through downtown to see the sights. Highly recommend getting up early, heading to whatever beach and then relaxing the after away at the house. Sunset was amazing from the house as well (early March). We already are discussing when we can go back! Enjoy this home and island!

The house looks like its photos - modern, clean, beautifully situated and well appointed. It was our 3rd visit to Curacao and I would return to Blue Bay in the future.The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we experienced some severe, hidden plumbing issues. The house had a blockage in its pipes. It manifested upon arrival in small ways (funny smell in the kitchen, drainage issues in kitchen sink and master shower), then it escalated (ground floor toilet flooded the ground floor) and culminated in a spectacularly disgusting overflow of the outdoor septic tank. These issues were eventually resolved by the property manager who were attentive and kind. And this is how I arrived at 4 stars: started with 5 stars for a beautiful property, deducted 2 stars for the plumbing experience and added a star for the satisfactory resolution by the property manager.

I can't say enough about this place. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house was fully stocked, had a breathtaking view, was very clean, and in a wonderful location. We already loved Curacao, now we have found the perfect place to stay. We have already booked again for next year. Thank you for the most wonderful week!
