Great location, friendly staff

No soap in the bathroom - just liquid soap

* PRIME location in District 1, 5-15 minutes walk from everything the district has * Great facilities * Rooms are big, clean and comfortable * Incredible value for money * The staff was very kind and keen to help, even for a large group like ours (20+ people) with convenient check-in arrangement and guidance on attractions and things to do. Anna and the rest of the staff were lovely, warm and kind!

* It’s nitpicking but the family suite had a bath tub, and the water covered the entire floor 😅

Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Hotel room spacious. Clean.

Could add lotion to the room . They have everything else handwash. Shower gel. Shampoo and conditioner only lotion is needed

The rooftop pool and bar is lovely with beautiful views over the city. In a good location and breakfast was also good

When we arrived for our last night our internal flight from Hue was delayed so we arrived in the dark. They told us they had upgraded us for no extra cost. We had booked a city view room, but were given a family room, which we didn’t need for two of us and when we woke up and opened the curtains we were facing a building site scaffolding with no view!This was so disappointing as we had wanted to wake up on our last morning to a beautiful city view and that is why we booked this hotel. We advised the manager, but of course this had been our only night at this hotel, so nothing they could do! They had previously said we couldn’t have the room until we needed to leave for a late flight and they then offered us an extra two hours. It was still a disappointment as it was not what we booked and wanted to see first thing in the morning.
