The apartment was clean and had quite a few kitchen utensils and equipment, although some important ones were missing. The terrace was spacious enough, and the neighbors were quiet. Since the apartment is close to the railway, you can hear a few trains during the day and night, but it didn't bother us much. There's no air conditioning, but we didn't really feel the need for it since it cooled down nicely in the evenings, even during a stretch of 35-36°C days. Convenient parking spot. Overall a comfortable stay with a good location - just a couple of small fixes needed in the kitchen.

A couple of things that could be improved: the apartment has an oven, but we couldn't find a tray or a pan/pot suitable for oven use to heat things up. Also, there's a coffee filter machine, but no filters (paper or otherwise) provided. We checked 2-3 stores in town but couldn't find any, so we ended up not using it. Adding these two things would make a difference for future guests.
