Room was really neat and clean. Location of the hotel is in main road. Patang beach is in 15mintutes walkable distance. There are many bars and resturants , bike rental shops and laundry services available nearby.

The front desk staff checked in quickly, the room was clean, everything was good。Motorbikes available for rent
The hotel sign is not big enough and easy to miss

I think everything is good, there are many restaurants around, and it's not far to go anywhere. The price is very affordable
Might need to increase the price a bit
