Cleanliness and the friendly service, quality facilities and everything we needed was there
That if anything is lost or stolen inside the premises, the staff is not held responsible so you worry every time uncomfortable by checking if your vehicle is still there

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at Hamptons Collective and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The location is fantastic; just one street away from Florida Road, with an incredible variety of restaurants, cafés, and food options within easy walking distance.
The accommodation itself is beautiful, modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. It was clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating a comfortable and welcoming space.
We would highly recommend Hamptons Collective to anyone visiting Durban and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
Nothing.
