The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops nearby.
The check-in process was very frustrating. The entry system was faulty, forcing us to wait outside in the heat until we called the host to let us in. The apartment itself is decent but needs minor repairs. Specifically, the water heater didn't work properly—it ran out of hot water after just two people, and it made a loud popping noise whenever it turned on.

Location and size of the apartment. The host was also fast in replying.
Apartment was very dirty. We found old garbage inside. Bathrooms were dirty too. Hot water was a problem due to the boiler that was having problems all the time.

"I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment in Rome. In reality, it looked even better than in the photos and was much more spacious than expected, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
